Privacy Policy

1.  All booking require full payment at the time of booking to secure booking date

2.  All booking fee can not be refunded if cancelled or no show.  Booking fee may be transferable to a later date if the studio has been notified in writing no less than 72 hours prior to session date

3.  All orders can not be cancel, replace, adjust or refunded once the order has been placed, in the process of post production, in production or paid for.  Full payment will apply

4.  All hair and makeup, if to be done by the studio, must be paid for and arrange with the studio at least 72 hours prior session date

5.  All gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and subject to the studio terms and conditions

6.  The studio and the photographer own the copyrights in all assignments, photographs and all content created wether partly created or in full,  the title remain the property of the studio and the photographer.  The studio and the photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs and all content created in any manner at any time in any part of the world for the sole purpose of promoting his/her work and/or the studio
